We’ve got a totally killer dopplebock shaping up in the lager tank right now!  We taste-paneled it yesterday, and we’re thinking it will be ready to rock right around mid-January.

Stats?  20.4 SRM, 30 IBUs, 17.4/3.6°P OG/TG.  We’re really excited for this beer, and have put our own twist (á la all theeeeese) on the traditional dopplebock style. . .  more details to come!
