Beer Name: The Passion of the Homer
Beer Description: In addition to being paired up with Alameda, we both decided to pair up with our local donut shops and use our favorite donut as inspiration. This Passion Fruit CDA is modeled after Blue Star's Passion Fruit Cocoa Nib donut, dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra, and Simcoe hops, and aged on 10 lbs/bbl of passion fruit puree. Although a darker ale, we decided to make this taste and appear to be on the lighter side. The result is light bodied and refreshing...Oh, it also goes great with the donut!
Beer Stats: 7.5% ABV. For IBUs ask Homer
Beer Name: Ding, Ding! I'd Like to Dry Hop a Toast
Marrying Occidental's passion for traditional German lagers with the Pacific Northwest's love for all beers dry-hopped, this rye lager is yours to have and to hold. Dry-Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria.
Tasting Notes: Notes of tangerine and citrus on the nose with a dry, spicy, clean finishing mouthfeel from the rye and pilsner malt bill.
Beer Stats: 5.5% ABV, 35 IBUs

Beer Name: Bashō
Beer Style: IPA brewed on Sake Lees
Beer Description: We decided to re-imagine Culmination's flagship IPA, Phaedrus, using sake yeast and other mysterious ingredients resulting in a beer that inspires philosophical discussion
Beer Stats: OG 14, TG 1.7 ABV 6.5%, IBU 55
Yours Truly (Base Camp!)
Beer Name: Honey Chestnut Pilsner
Beer Description: 60 pounds of local NW honey along with 10 pounds of local chestnuts -roasted over an open fire, in house!- shine in this delightful southeast PDX collaboration, a smooth and crisp, solidly hopped, pilsner-style beer. Drinks great on its own, or even better as one half of the most Oregon-centric black and tan ever created...
Beer Stats: OG- 12.4 TG- 2.4 ABV- 5.4% IBUs- 25 SRM- 3.4
Beer Name: Nevørmind Oyster Stout
Beer description: We traveled to the cold, salty waters of Netarts Bay to source the oysters for our roasty, briney Oyster Stout from Nevør Shellfish Farm. Into the boil we put 12 dozen oysters and 45 liters of oyster "liquor". Welcome to the ocean in our "Surf n' Turf" collaboration with Uptown Market.
Beer Stats: 5.8% ABV, 28 IBUs
Beer Name: Out with the Old
Beer description: Unfiltered American Style Dark Wheat with Smoked Cherries. Subtle aromas of dark fruit and hints of smoke from the cherries provide a unique profile that is enhanced by the flavors of dark malts. The addition of 40% malted wheat further provides a complex mouthfeel that is balanced out by just the right amount of hop flavor.
Beer Stats: OG:11.2P AE: 1.7P ABV: 5% IBU: 20ish
Beer Name: Astral Wavelength
Beer Description: Both ours and Ruse's collabobrews were brewed with identical malt bills but scaled for starting gravity. The recipes include a portion of Kernza, the perennial grain contained in Long Root Ale.
Beer Stats: 28 IBUs and 4.5% ABV
Beer Name: Space Mountain IPA
Beer Description: Space Mountain IPA takes the flavors from fresh raspberry and peach puree and amplifies them to the next level. Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson hops are added to make this beer pop with fruity and citrusy flavors and aromas.
Beer Stats: 7% ABV, 75 IBUs
Beer Name: Coffee and Donutella
Beer Description: Pale Ale with coffee, cocoa, lactose and hazelnuts added
Beer Stats: 6.0% ABV
Beer name: Smuggling Dunkel
Description: German style Dunkel aged with plums.
Beer Stats: 5.5% ABV 32 IBUs
Beer Name: Zen Wave Weizen
Beer Description: Culmination’s Spin on the american Widmer Hefe. Using the base Malt Bill for Hefe and yeast strain. We then use a combination of Mandarina Bavaria, El Dorado, Cascade, and Citra hops, to make this citrus and juicy Hefeweizen.
Beer Stats: 4.9% ABV, 30 IBUs
Beer Name: Sir Douglas MacStouterson
Beer Description: An oak barrel fermented Irish Style Stout brewed with and conditioned on Douglas Fir, the official Oregon State tree. The dry roasty finish of the stout blends nicely with the sweet woodiness of tight grain Douglas Fir lumber, while the Douglas fir tips brighten the hop character a bit. This beer is designed to be enjoyed by itself or in an Oregon inspired Black and Tan by blending it with Base Camp's Honey Chestnut Pilsner.

Beer Name: The Taming of the 'Shroom
An Oyster Mushroom Saison. Dry, earthy, slightly floral, crisp and effervescent
Beer Stats: 7.1% ABV, 13 IBUs
Beer Name: In with the New
Beer Stats: Golden Brett Fruited and dry-hopped Saison.
Beer Description: This beer is a golden saison, using 10% smoked, 40% preserved, and 50% fresh Meyer Lemons, Brett C, and Amarillo hops. It's a very dry, slightly tropical brett saison will a salty lemon tartness.
Beer Stats: 6.0% ABV, 35 IBUs
Beer Name: Astral Frequency
Beer Description: A strong hoppy pale brewed with Kernza.
Beer Stats: 45 IBUs and 7.5% ABV
Beer Name: Space Mountain Sour IPA
Beer Description: Space Mountain Sour IPA take the original version and adds a twist! This beer is soured using lactobacillus for a subtle acidity and slight pucker.
Beer Stats: 7% ABV, 75 IBUs
